We provide personal service for every order. Please call ADD at (519) 928-2604 to get the process started. At that time, we can give you directions to our studio, or discuss the best shipping method if required.

Payment
We accept current cheques, cash or money orders. Payment is due on pick-up or shipment of your order. If we're going to be shipping your order, and you're not paying by credit card, it's easier to send us your payment in advance. Cheques will be cashed prior to the shipment being made. Do not ship cash.

Freight
Customer is responsible for freight charged to and from ADD. It is advised you ship your materials by an 'expedited' or premium service so that it can be tracked and insured, as opposed to regular post. Return freight will be added to your bill. Unless otherwise specified, we normally ship by 3-5 day expedited Canada Post.

Packing
Your media are precious assets, and should be packed with great care. Better more than less packaging. Please try to pack your order in materials that we can re-use to return your order. Generally, cardboard boxes (available at the post office) are preferred over padded envelopes. Wrap materials inside the box with bubble wrap, padded envelopes, or something to that effect. Securely tape the box. Clearly mark both ADD's address and your return address.

Be sure to include your completed order form/signed copyright agreement. If you're prepaying, include payment - do not send cash. It is not advisable to ship fragile media such as Lacquer 78's.
