WARNING: RE: COPYRIGHTED MATERIAL

It is not legal to perform transfers/copying/duplication of any copyrighted material without written permission of the copyright owner. You will be required to sign an order form, stating that you are the copyright owner of the material to be transferred, copied, edited, or duplicated.

What Is Legal

It is legal to make a copy of copyrighted material you have purchased.   The copy must be for your personal use and only one copy is legal

For example, it’s permissible to transfer to DVD, a commercial VHS movie that you have purchased.  Same would apply to an audio cassette to CD, or an LP record to CD, etc. In such cases it is highly advisable to keep the original as proof you are the owner of the original.

Home movies, video audio tape recordings, business materials etc. can be transferred / duplicated in quantity, as long as you are the owner of the material, or have the written permission of the owner.
